Findlay Trojans

The season has started well for the Findlay Trojans, an Ohio high school swimming/dive team. Both the Boys' and Girls' teams were able to recover from early losses in their first meet to take over the second half.

Central Catholic

The Central Catholic High School swim and dive team has a long tradition of success. It has won two WPIAL and several sectional titles. Many of its swimmers are All-State Time standards and have qualified for NCAA meets. The school's gymnastics program is also a success.

Beavercreek

Beavercreek High School Swimming team is one of the most competitive teams in the Miami Valley. The team finished second at the Dayton Area Swimming and Diving Invitational held at Wright State University. They also finished second in the Western Ohio League championships. Their recent season was highlighted by their second-place finish in the sectional meet held at Cincinnati Sycamore High School.


Beavercreek boys

Beavercreek High School's swimming squad recently won its first state title in over 30 years. This was the school's first Division I title. The program placed first with 207.5 points ahead of Cincinnati St. Xavier. The team's four swimmers, including junior Matthew McLarty, have earned national recognition as an individual and as a team.

Central Catholic girls

The Central Catholic girls' swim team is among the most successful in the state. The program has won numerous sectional and state championships. Swimmers have been recruited to top colleges. Many swimmers earned All State time standards and went on to compete in the NCAA. Some swimmers have also qualified for U.S. Olympic time trials.

Beavercreek girls

Beavercreek High School Swim Team is one the most prestigious in the Miami Valley. The team came in second place at the Dayton Area Swimming and Diving Invitational hosted by Wright State University. This event was also the Western Ohio League Championships. They also finished second in the sectional meet at Cincinnati Sycamore High School.

Central Catholic boys

David Cornet, Canton Central Catholic junior, is one of Ohio's top swimmers. He finished sixth in 100-yard freestyle and eighth for the 200-yard individual. He is also the top Division II finisher. He also placed in the top 20 for the 500 freestyle. Madison Monheim from Orrville, a sophomore, is also on team. Madison's performance in the 200-yard Freestyle has improved significantly over last year's 13th.
